The Apeks ATX Stage 3 package offers a fully balanced first stage, second stage and octo, all with cold water capability (can be used in all temperatures including those below 10 C / 50 F). The Stage 3 package includes 1st stage, 2nd stage, Octopus and hoses. Compatible with EAN40 out of the box. 

This high-performance regulator boasts an over-balanced first stage coupled with a pneumatically balanced second stage. The smooth, quiet breath is sure to enhance your diving enjoyment. Suitable for coldwater use thanks to its first stage environmental dry seal and second stage heat exchanger.

DS4 First Stage:

• Over Balanced: Over compensating 1st stage allows for maximum performance at depth
• Environmentally Sealed: Dry chamber prevents water coming into contact with the 1st stage spring to stop freezing.
• Dust Cap Protection: Dust cap prevents water or debris from entering the 1st stage.
• 1 HP port and 4 MP ports
• Available in DIN and yoke.

ATX Second Stage & Octo

• Venturi Lever: Disrupts the airflow inside the 2nd stage to prevent accidental free flows at the surface.
• Comfobite: Patented Comfobite mouthpiece reduces jaw fatigue. Secures the 2nd stage more comfortably.
• Pneumatically-balanced second stage results in smooth, easy breathing
• The large purge button on the ATX is easy to operate even with thick gloves
• An extremely efficient exhaust valve improves the breathing performance of the regulator
• A heat exchanger (patented) which surrounds the valve mechanism, dissipates the cold caused by gas expansion while drawing in the warmth of the ambient water
• Offers a compact, integrated exhaust tee
• Octo features a Yellow Faceplate for easy identification
