Since their introduction in 1989, Aqualung’s Impulse line of snorkels have been the best-selling in the world. The Impulse 2 Flex Semidry Snorkel has two valves: if a wave breaks over the snorkel, the upper valve directs most of the water out before it reaches the mouthpiece. But if water does get past the first valve, it will drain out through the lower valve, when you need to clear the reservoir below the mouthpiece, all it takes is a gentle puff of breath. Aqualung’s patented Comfo-Bite™ mouthpiece does not necessitate clenching your teeth, reducing fatigue, even after hours of adventure. Mouthpieces are replaceable. (Available in two mouth sizes.)
